      Avantages

      Has Work-life balance, option of WFH. lots of parties and team building activities.

      Inconvénients

      Not able to onboard new clients and doesn't have much business. Employees can be fired anytime. Lack of growth - no bonus/promotions. Too much favouritism and micromanagement.

      Great company to work for. Company cares about people on the personal level and are willing to help you grow.
