Avantages
This is a great place to work. The best of "start-up" life, and since the company was acquired in June there have been a ton of new people and projects. Great team and spirit and you get to work on amazing Fortune 100 brands, as well as some local, smaller clients. The team is 75+, with 5 offices, and international expansion is starting to happen. The company is definitely heating up in the space.
Inconvénients
The transition from start-up to working for a bigger company was tough for a few months (tech, processes, people) but most of that has been resolved and it's clear skies ahead. The office space is "ok" (located DTLA which is cool), but the operations team makes the best of it (parties, decorations for holidays, etc). There are rumors of getting a new custom space in the Spring which will only further propel the company forward.
