      Avantages

      I truly enjoy the aerospace industry as well as our customers, wow what an experience this has been. I enjoy working with large contracts and multi year pricing agreements.

      Inconvénients

      A few cons would be stretched resources and time spent on any one project. Additional training would really help move individuals forward with their skill development managers included.
