It's a serious branding business with deep expertise running through it..big enough to tap into this expertise, but not too big that you get lost. Big recent changes in the network capability mean a lot of potential for growth. Management are hands on but leave enough space for project ownership, giving lots of bandwidth to allow employees and teams to make their own decisions. London KX office location is fantastic, plus 2 day office hybrid working is generous. As part of Havas, access to extended specialisations is a genuine benefit. Very friendly environment and a considerate culture.
Inconvénients
Office can feel a little corporate due to the Havas Village location, but this has advantages, such as the kitchen with great/affordable food.
