Avantages
Some of the people and benefits are decent. However the good people eventually leave. I have never seen a revolving door spin so fast!
Inconvénients
They put people in management positions who have no experience and no interpersonal skills. It's all about who you know rather than what you know or how much experience you have. The manager who runs Dev/OPS is a joke and a know it all. He has no personality and talks about everyone behind their back. A lot of the Mgmt team are clueless on how to run an IT shop not to mention they are very unprofessional. My advice is to run the other direction if you're considering working here. There is no working from home and less of it is an emergency or an exception. They still operate like 1966 when the company started.
