      Supervisor and manager direct involvement supports healthy life work balance and tries best to promote from within

      Inconvénients

      Company does not follow through on even simple pay structure promises. Low pay, increased work load does not align with pay increases leads to unhappy work force and higher than necessary turn over of quality staff.
