      Avantages

      The sales number is good

      Inconvénients

      Company culture has been deteriorating, particularly over the last 4-5 months following the recent management change. It is not the same concentric as it was before 4 months. Micromanagement at its peak. All the senior/previous employees are leaving the company after the management change. No work-life balance. Compensation and hike are not that good

      Avantages

      DSPM has become the foundation of GenAI security. There's a great culture, team, and product. The company is being built the right way (if you know our space you know what this means).

      Inconvénients

      Company is solving a long-standing issue that sometimes can take customers time to realize its importance. Luckily, securing GenAI has created urgency to need a DSPM.

      Great space, high-activity, good demand, decent channel program

      Inconvénients

      Very bad comp plan, toxic culture, product issues, lack any resources or investment supporting account executives. Completely void of ethics.
