      Avantages

      My direct manager is the reason I work hard, willing to stay through transition. Give the company time to make it work.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are sub par. Not sure if health care will be the path to profitability.

      CTG is part of Cegeka, which is a big European company that offers depth in the IT arena. If you want to learn more about how an IT department should be run, they have a lot of playbooks you can use.

      Its a big company and hard to find things or people who can help you easily.
