      Avantages

      Very busy with lots of work. You can learn a lot if you work hard and pay attention.

      Inconvénients

      The owner comes down and has tantrums, says some very rude things and can overall not be very nice. Have had many run-ins with him. Be warned when you work here that it can get unpleasant. Especially when you get screamed at over seemly simple things.

      Avantages

      Nice coworkers Nice manager Benefits OK but could be better Loved the customers Gave me opportunities to expand

      Inconvénients

      Management could be a little better since there were times I felt a little uneasy with the employer's blow ups. I do understand though the stress on an employers. Been working with employers one on one and it can get hectic if your company isn't producing enough. I believe there are certain ways to make a working environment more stress free and not keep your workers on edge all the time. Benefits could be better. Didnt see many people moving up.
