      Lots of great people to work with, not breathing down your neck for numbers, and easy to talk to most of your coworkers with some good opportunities to make decent money.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible benefits, no 401k contribution, ownership is rough, and you’re praised if you make a lot of phone calls and not deals by the owner.
