      Avantages

      Has a lot of ways to learn as long as you're proactive and willing to learn.

      Inconvénients

      Mid to High employee turnover rate. Recent years lesser. Almost had all my team member leave in 1 year, and have to teach new people.

      Great place to work with, colleagues are fun to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Salary wise abit low compared to other but compromise with higher benefits. Management picks sides and unfair at times.

      Avantages

      - They take a chance on you - Great work/life balance as you work mon - fri 9am - 6pm - Not bad work environment - Pantry and food court below the office

      Inconvénients

      - Slow career progression/none - Seems to cater more towards the Singapore team as that's the HQ - Helpdesk in Malaysia feels like a low level job and may be treated as such by some colleagues - Follow Singapore holidays and some holidays that are not recognized by singapore you don't get a replacement leave or paid double. - Sometimes you do an extra job but you're still paid the same. - Internal politics/favoritism seems a bit obvious
