      Avantages

      Their are quite a few pros, from in depth training, onboarding, and feedback. To receiving assistance when you need help, as well as an open door policy with other departments that leads to a smoother transition when assisting the users.

      Inconvénients

      Their isn't any that jump right out at me. Overall the balance is nice.

      Though they knew the pending situation, did not forwarn of contract ending (just 2 week notice).
