Avantages

Good support for getting technical certifications, fairly autonomous management style.

Inconvénients

No raises other than free Pizza and lunches now and then when remote management visited. Does not want to pay overtime.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Avantages

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

Inconvénients

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
