Avantages

Easy to learn how their tools work which in order makes it a breeze to assist costumers, during my stay in CompuCom I learned not only to use and fix over 40 Aramark applications but also learned to work in tándem with my team to always get the best results possible, this made Aramark the best performing campaign in CompuCom.

Inconvénients

Very little oportunity to grow in the company, selection of promoted staff and interview results always seemed biased, some managers were related or spoused to the human resources managers.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Inconvénients

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Avantages

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

Inconvénients

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
