None to speak of. The worst managers, and a complete mirage when you are interviewing and getting hired. The recruiter told me my contract would be 6 mths to a year. I went above and beyond. And they also forge a resignation for you when they are getting rid of you. And everything in that section of why you resigned is a negative against you. Faulty company.
Inconvénients
Everything, from day 1, has been a big hoax. Just please beware. They forge your resignation. And when they let you go there is no notice. So typically no one is aware of them putting down resign where it once read recommend a transfer, or job change. No this company and eXcell is shady!! People beware when the manager is excluding the worker/workers, from meetings and training. Then observe how people's shifts start to open up. That is a big indication they are eliminating. Just beware.
