      Avantages

      I was a part of the Walmart team. Until Walmart pulled out of the contract I was let go. I love the position I had pay was fair. The manager knew what he was doing.

      Inconvénients

      Wish I could have been moved to another contract.

      No yearly pay raises. Somewhat difficult to move up unless you’re looking to get into management

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
