      Avantages

      Commute is not too bad. Better than being unemployed.

      Inconvénients

      No cost of living increases for most who have been here over 5 years.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
