Inconvénients

Headcount is low, so workload is full. Definitely lags market rate for comp, but making improvements.

Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

Inconvénients

Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
