      They hire at rock bottom rates - below market average It is rare you will get a raise They are looking for "YES" men (and women) Benefits are subpar No job security, you can be gone in a heartbeat

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
