      Work for a good cause, great professional resources, opportunity to build professional relationships with peers

      Inconvénients

      Low/limited wage available, very little to no room to grow in company if you start entry level. Great place to start working as your first job if you’re looking for valuable experience.

      Avantages

      The employees are great, and the leadership does care about who works there.

      Inconvénients

      No a ton of availability for upward movement, and there is not a lot of ability to negotiate pay as they are all grant funded positions.
