There are some good people trying to honestly do great work.
Inconvénients
Overridden by toxic, creepy, jealous men who have zero respect for anyone outside of their exclusive circles. Abhorrent drunken behaviour at work functions, handsy, deplorable, desperate. My advice is to stay away from this place unless you want to join the old bro club.

Amazing people trying to do amazing things and make a positive difference in Kiwi’s lives.
Inconvénients
There is a strong focus on rapidly shifting to customer facing digital processes, however the internal processes that support it are weak.
It’s a difficult time for the organisation and a general sense of low morale can be felt amongst employees.
