      Inconvénients

      Executive management only interested in improving a once great bank’s financial position so that they could sell it off and cash in. No regard for employees, customers, or the communities that they served.

      Avantages

      An actual community bank. Employees are allowed a lot of autonomy. The management team is wonderful. Every employee is well trained and the customers are even better! Very inexpensive account options.

      Inconvénients

      Recent purchase by Capital Bank may bring some changes. Slow processes on some loan products. Short staffing in most branches with very small rover staff recently.
