      Avantages

      Working for a well supported nonprofit as CI being the fiscal sponsor. Leaning in a highly trained team to deal with legal, payroll and finances so you can worry about the big stuff

      Inconvénients

      Hands off with HR unless it’s some compliance issue they need. Very careful about auditors and and not picky about invoicing procedures. Not a very helpful finance team.

      This is a fiscal partnership so my specific project ultimately informs my negative experience- however CI did very poorly in mitigating the conditions and experience.
