      Avantages

      Great bunch of people. Well supported by General Manager. High quality products make things easy. Many perks such as breakfast, coffee, Friday drinks, social events. Extremely flexible and accommodating. Suitable as a stepping stone for those new full time work, or a more long-term option for experienced professionals.

      Inconvénients

      Not many. A small team results in having to cover for others when they're away.

      Thanks for the feedback and for investing those years working with us. The Melbourne office has more than doubled in size and it would be great to invest more behind the team there. As we begin to see more opportunities for multi-product sales and launch new brands in AU and the Esendex brands in adjacent territories I'm sure we will be seeing more staff recruited. And yes, the distance is always going to be challenging, but our CCO will be visiting the team there next week and we have welcomed several Melbourne staff to Nottingham recently - but clearly we can always do more.
