Zero respect and empathy for people who built this company brick by brick. - employees who kept this business afloat by being the best in class where simply frustrated by the incompetency of the leadership. - now that most of the SMEs have left, they are struggling to even keep the core business afloat. - they get new clients but tremendously disappoint them by delivering pathetic product experience. Due to which even the CS team is frustrated. - The CEO and CPO are solely to be blamed for this downfall. - Even after this kind of churn rate across all departments, founders are still unapologetically continuing on with their maniacal ways. - from customer success, product, ops to engineering, the leaders of this company have let down everyone. - but hey, employees are expected to empathise with the leaders as they are under immense pressure from board because the ARR has flatlined in last few years. - Well of course ARR will flat line, you guys have forgotten everything that makes a good leader. You have treated everyone under you from directors, managers to even junior engineers with utmost disrespect. Treated them like doormats to step on. - Funny thing is that no one in senior management has a spine to even stand up against all this. I know the people in upper management are actually good, but just to save themselves and hold on to their jobs they have given up on their principles and swallow this nonsense everyday. - But hey, in the immortal words of the co founders : CLAUDE will fix everything.
