Transcribing and Voice Recognition editing is a challenging job that does require a unique and highly trained skill set and we are thankful to all of our wonderful employees that work so hard to give our clients the high quality reports that the medical community relies upon. Our company currently offers bonuses for all VR editing accounts, which accounts for 90% of the reports we produce. Our base line rate for both transcription and editing is commensurate with industry standards and our bonus structure makes our pay very competitive. Please be sure you are utilizing QA for issues such as not being able to locate a patient. We believe that we employ the best of the best and feel that our team members are fairly compensated for their quality work.
