Avantages
Comm-Works is a fun and energetic place to work. With a fast paced working environment, you will never be bored. Every day is very different. There is a lot of flexibility with working hours and little to no micro management from the executive staff. In order to succeed at Comm-Works, you must be a highly self-motivated person and have the ability to work on multiple projects at one time. The people here are awesome, very friendly, and always willing to help out with a project, even when it’s outside of their job description. Everyone here genuinely seems to have the company’s best interest at heart. My favorite part about working at Comm-Works is the opportunities it presents. Management tends to give out a lot of responsibility. This has allowed me to try new things, learn about my strengths and weaknesses, and gain a broad scope of experience in the industry.
Inconvénients
The different departments are very segregated and there isn’t enough opportunity to meet people outside of your team. If all of the teams communicated more regularly, there would be less project overlap and business would go a lot smoother for everyone. I also think there needs to be more training for new employees.
