Avantages

Decent benefits, there's a gym on site (not sure if it'll remain in the coming months), on site cafeteria, location.

Inconvénients

Company was bought in Q4 2014 which has brought about lots of negative changes. Upper management of new company has a condescending attitude towards employees, pay is not competitive, raises promised 6 months ago have not been given and no word on when it'll happen if ever. Very poor communication from upper management so everything is left up to speculation and rumors. Employees continually nervous about their future.

Job security. People are generally great.

Inconvénients

Job security was high because of so much turnover they couldn't let you go. Less leadership, more reactive management styles. too much red tape to get prospects through to close. Internal teams can hold up customer movements to close. Hourly pay.
