      Avantages

      It's a small and friendly company. Management and communications with employees has improved significantly in recent months. Produces outstanding technology, and the employees are very talented.

      Inconvénients

      Employees hard work and good performance are not rewarded. There are no employee reviews. We really need new computers to perform our jobs better.

      Avantages

      The high caliber personnel who both support you and encourage you to challenge yourself and others for the betterment of all aspects of the company. An approachable senior management team who lead by example and communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization.

      Inconvénients

      I have not found any to date. The company has gone out of its way to embrace its employees and foster a positive and fun working environment.
