      Avantages

      Work-life balance is generally respected, with the company not being overly strict about after-office hours unless there’s an urgent matter related to the scope of work.

      Inconvénients

      So far, I haven’t experienced any significant drawbacks. However, limited opportunities for advancement can arise, as the pace of work can sometimes be slower, making it harder to take on new challenges.

      Avantages

      Work culture, opportunity to grow, and benefits. You will get what you put into it!

      Inconvénients

      Constantly need to update what you have learnt (if that is something you don't like). But then thats the nature of the telecom industry.
