Avantages
The beginning of 2019 brought with it some anxiety to the team members of Color. Our CEO who’s a trailblazer and thought leader shifted the company's focus to population genomics testing versus individual testing. We focused on engaging with a larger population through employers, hospitals, etc. This allowed Color to offer its life-saving cancer testing to a vast majority as part of their employee benefit program. We are now reaping the benefits of this focus shift as we are now in partnerships with major companies and their employees are benefitting the health benefits that Color’s testing offers. Color team members always have had a sense of purpose and pride but more so now that we’re realizing the shift was a win-win situation. I’m proud to be a team member of Color for we are truly making an impact in the health industry.
