Avantages

Some co-workers are nice. The office is new and pretty nice

Inconvénients

Absolutely no work life balance. No flex time, they expect everyone to work non stop. If you have no life and enjoy working 100 hrs a week u will fit right in. Bare minimum of holidays and the pay is very low. Computer systems are ancient, no technology at all.

Avantages

-Covers professional exam costs UP-FRONT + completion bonus! -Corporate perks / initiatives are plentiful -Frequent lunch & learn seminars -Solid office culture / humor / team rapport

Inconvénients

-Impactful projects are much fewer than 'bread & butter' projects -Commercial program work can pigeon-hole junior staff / limit skill-building -Inconsistent staffing (hurry up & wait) & management style between PMs -Growth from acquisitions prioritized over efficiency / streamlining of existing and new company knowledge & standards -Corporate bureaucratic processes can be frustrating
