      Avantages

      My unit is great. Good management and a family feeling. Fair scheduling, most people receive what they put in for. Pay is better than other local Charleston hospitals. No traffic.

      Inconvénients

      Everyone is on call, so there is not always a doctor on hand for nights. Low staffing right now (which is a common theme everywhere unfortunately). Meditech charting.

      Avantages

      Team and Family oriented! Very caring environment. Everyone has been so incredibly kind and the patients are awesome! They have come a long way in caring for their patients!

      Inconvénients

      Have to be handpicked for advancement by division.
