      Avantages

      Exposure to a lot of brands and PL accounts, learning about sourcing and pricing, you will become a well rounded designer

      Inconvénients

      The people at the bottom do all of the work and the people at the top take credit, too much competition within each team, "mean girl" atmosphere, there is favoritism, difficult work environment

      Avantages

      Management is supportive and there's a strong sense of collaboration across departments.
