      Great workplace culture, Competitive compensation and benefits, Lots of hands-on experience, Good location, Opportunity for career advancement (started as an intern, moved up to contract freelancer, and now full time in-house designer.)

      Inconvénients

      During busy seasons its hard to balance work and personal lives, Amount of work varies every day - not always a "9-5 job"

      Avantages

      Close knit team with great management - make the time to build relationships. Small enough company that folks aren’t endlessly chasing corporate KPIs. Amazing office and great health coverage (ColdSpark pays 100 percent of premiums)

      Inconvénients

      Clients can be demanding and unkind. The industry lends itself to an “always available” expectation - important to know that going in.
