- Les projets/l'emplacement n'étaient pas ceux convenus - Le travail dans la description de poste n'était pas le travail que je faisais - Offres sous-évaluées
- Team is mostly up to date with the internal materials provided by the domain leads
- Have the chance to work with some of the best in the industry
Inconvénients
- Still long way to go to be able to have diverse team members (still hard for them to compose international teams from the main branches)
- Win-lose mentality most recent hires (they had more care on curating team member in the past in my honest opinion)
