      Avantages

      - A lot of the times you learn alongside your students, no matter which course you teach - For common problems and set-up, there is always help - Very flexible; if you could not make it to a shift, finding a replacement via Homebase was not difficult

      Inconvénients

      - Can be disorganized - Students who are younger and cannot type very fast require a lot of time to fill out "Happiness Surveys" at the end of the sessions and sometimes cut into the lesson times. - Lugging case full of Equipment to and from storage and the EP school is physically difficult if you are weak and cannot lift

      Avantages

      Coder Kids provided flexible hours. The work was very impactful.

      Inconvénients

      None really that I can think of.

      Good part time money with teaching kids, pleasant job

      Inconvénients

      Sparse communication from managers, company just dissolved quietly.
