Avantages
I've worked for many companies both big and small. Definitely the most "employee friendly" company for whom I have worked. Many companies talk values. Codence lives them. The environment is very positive and supportive. The flex time policy allows you to easily work around potential midday appointments or kid events. They are very interested in professional development. Probably the best place I've worked.
Inconvénients
While they have a long history of being in business, in many ways they are still a start up. Sometimes policies and procedures are in place and sometimes they need to be built or refined. That won't be for everyone. Also 100% remote (for the most part) which also presents some challenges sometimes, but nothing that every company isn't going through in some ways themselves.
