Avantages
Love what the organization stands for and how it impacts girls.
Inconvénients
Lots of empty promises, none of which (like providing health insurance) were ever executed. It was disappointing seeing mostly affluent girls in their program. The team was so small and underfunded that there were no real growth opportunities. Compensation was comically low for Miami, and no benefits were provided. If the CEO didn’t like you she made it very evident. Overall, a very disappointing work experience.
