Avantages
Good salary and work-life balance, most leaders are OK
Inconvénients
It used to be a nice and international company, but with all the mergers going on, many valuable (and young) people have resigned. The transition from international to local company already shows that the workplace might evolve into one lacking inclusion and diversity.
