A stronger performance-based incentive can help drive engagement, accountability, and long-term commitment to the company.

Small team environment, user-friendly software, and reliable cleaning support allowed focus on leasing. Compensation included hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses. Predictable schedule with weekends closed. I enjoyed my time there overall and would recommend the company.
