Avantages

Good co-workers. We shared miseries

Inconvénients

This place has no redeeming value. They don't respect their own core values of integrity OR honesty, yet they expect it from their workers. Their "trained, certified" techs go through a pretend RV training course on site, then are given the answers to the certification test assuring that no one fails. They are then given a fake certification suitable for framing. Managers that can't/won't manage. And schedules that change on a whim. My salary that was agreed upon when I was hired in was not met, and when they agreed to give me a lump-sum check to make it right, I never saw it. Insurance was expensive as well as useless. These people cannot be trusted. Work for them at your own risk.

Avantages

Good Benefits (401k, Health Insurance etc) , Positive Work Environment (they feed you some days in the office and everyone is friendly).

Inconvénients

The pay is really low compared to other call centers in my area. Most call center's pay anywhere between $14 to $15 an hour/or more to their agents. We only get paid $13 per an hour (not ideal if you have rent/mortgage to pay). They are very strict on attendance if you have to leave early for a shift they count it as an unexcused absence (like you never showed up for work for the full day). Your not off any holidays. You have to work at least 1 weekend day. The reason for the high turnover rate is because most agents can't live on the hourly pay and the work/life balance sucks because of the strict attendance. This is a good job for a high school student or college student but not someone who has to pay bills and deal with adult responsibilities. The clients/companies we are partners with honestly sucks their membership sucks which causes us to deal with a lot of anger customers who 9 times out of 10 have to pay an overage on a service before we dispatch. The company also expects everyone to know how to dispatch auto and RV. I already went through RV training and for the extra responsibilities they are expecting us to do as a RV agent does not match up to what we are being paid.
