      Avantages

      The company is still young and growing so there is ample opportunity to jump in, contribute, and learn a ton about recruiting, business development, startups, and the Seattle technical market. Every day and every client bring new and exciting challenges and I loved the fast-paced working culture and environment.

      Inconvénients

      As we are a young company, there is little in the way of processes and workflows that are still being developed... so dealing with ambiguity is a big part of the job. Sometimes work-life balance can be a bit tough, but that comes with the territory in a startup!

      Inconvénients

      Small staff where every person counts, which means things can get hectic when 1 or more people are out on leave!

      Avantages

      As an intern, you get to work with the team hands-on and learn more about the space! I wasn't that familiar with the space of recruiting and sourcing services when I first started, but everyone was super helpful in getting me up to speed. Angela, the owner, is really insightful and full of knowledge! I always felt that I could approach her when I had a question. The team is great! Everyone is really awesome and hard-working.

      Inconvénients

      Startup environment can be a little confusing sometimes because everyone is so busy.
