      Relaxed work environment. Fair on-site managment.

      Inconvénients

      Corporate snobs. Never lok at staff when in building. Seem aloof. Some employees pay is so poor their kids are eligiable for lunch subsidy at school.

      Easy and low expectations for workers.

      Inconvénients

      No performance or annual raises, poor benefits. Cut rate pay/temp to hire work. Dead end type of environment.
