Great place to work and great people

Very bust and fast paced company

Pay every week. Pay was okay, but considering the ever-changing work environment, they will not be paying you enough.

To sum things up: The entire business is deceiving their customers, technicians, and office workers. This place is entirely unorganized and brings in new people for change, but no one wants to fix anything. Profanity is used as a means of communication. Some managers are not fit for their jobs and allow a few people to use drugs/alcohol while working in homes. Many conflicts and unneeded confusion happen amongst the technicians and office personnel. People pay for inexperienced technicians to work on and mess up their units, resulting in more money having to be spent replacing equipment. One department is hardly there but come and go as they please. They take money out of worker's checks when a manager walks back to them and says so but will not tell the worker. They all LIE about benefits to get you hired, and you will be waiting for things that are never going to come. Everyone lacks morale and respect.
