      Avantages

      Great leadership team with a high level of integrity. Very transparent. Thought-leaders in a booming industry. Very committed to their customers & making sure they are successful. Laid-back atmosphere. Morale is great! Ability to work from home sometimes. Good benefits. Break room with lots of snacks. You really feel like you are part of a team & we're all in it together. Everyone steps up and helps wherever needed. Fun group of really awesome people!

      Inconvénients

      Start-up company means there is a lot of work to do, which can mean a lot of hours. Priorities can shift and change quickly.

      Inconvénients

      You are the standard for your job. This can bring added expectations and stress. There is a lot of work, but expectations are realistic and manageable.

      Avantages

      Most organizations have values and many live their values, most days. But what I love about ClientSuccess is that our values are not just about our employees and our clients but are about our entire CS Community. Everyday we are leading out in the community to truly make an impact, regardless of the CS technology being used. The thought leadership, insight and support shared by our executive leadership team and CSMs is second to none and I’m truly inspired everyday that I log in for work. Our entire team is filled with awesome humans who show GRIT everyday as we all have a hunger to win. If you are looking for a place where you will work hard, love the work you do and feel appreciated everyday, then welcome home!

      Inconvénients

      The only con would be if you aren’t ready to work on a lean team that is still in start-up mode. Everyone has to give 110% everyday to make it work!
