      Inconvénients

      None- this is a roll up your sleeves and get it done job. So if 6 hour days with 1.5 hours for lunch is you- this job is not for you. If well rewarded, innovative, full 9 hour days is your thing- come on in!! Frankly- suits me perfectly.

      The company is purpose driven with great products and people. The company values are super important to everyone.

      Inconvénients

      There is no place to hide in this company. Results are a core value and everyone is expected to produce results. Fortunately, teamwork is also a core value and everyone works together very well.

      Avantages

      Some of the people are great to work with and really care about making things happen in the company.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of tools, lack of training, too many grey areas while working, not enough room to succeed, need more people on teams to do work but no budget for that. Will get burnt out very easily. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT ALL
