      Avantages

      Access to management, some true A players, interesting business model. The product is a first in the industry and prospect reception has been good. Very flexible about working from home.

      Inconvénients

      There are not enough qualified staff for all the work that needs to be done. Firefighting is hampering the ability to make process improvements. Multiple offices makes collaboration challenging.

      Avantages

      Flexible schedule Good health insurance packages Very smart, high caliber employees Upper management and board really seem to be interested in what workers have to say Relaxed working environment

      Inconvénients

      For a company of its size the processes in place can really bog down productivity. Communication from upper management is not always good.
