      There is an amazing work environment with a small-company feel. Autonomy is in abundance A huge emphasis is put on maintaining a positive and healthy work culture From the top down, the company has a commitment to excellence Collaboration is always strongly encouraged

      Inconvénients

      Occasionally, you can feel that there are limited resources. However, the small team is capable of incredible achievements.

      Avantages

      - Positive and engaged leaders - Friendly and collaborative coworkers (No politics or drama) - Fair compensation - Good benefits - Focus on work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      Normal growing pains for a small company means varied and shifting responsibilities (Example: Tier 1 support one minute and PM work the next minute). This may not be an issue for some, but it can be challenging.

      Avantages

      I got to deal with a vast array of technology which always made work interesting. Gabe was always very positive and a big source of energy. The pay was great and the benefits were good. The remote culture was pretty good. I always always felt like Gabe/Henry cared about me both personally and professionally. I look back fondly on my time there.

      Inconvénients

      It was a small company and had some of the disadvantages. I did feel support from management but sometimes it was just limited as to what could be done.
