      1. Best culture which provides work-life balance. No unwanted pressures. Realistic targets. Company believes in motivating rather than putting pressures. 2. Employee oriented policies and benefits (Family insurance, personal accident insurance, health check ups, Pantry loaded with snacks n beverages). CEO always wants each and every employee to be Happy.. :-) 3. Open & Transparent culture. 4. Growing company

      Avantages

      The can-do attitude and camaraderie of the team keep everyone going. The flexibility and work-life balance are phenomenal. Yes you work hard and often odd hours but you can do it on your terms. Lots of respect and empowerment from upper management.

      Inconvénients

      It has been a challenging year for sales and the bottom line but things are really looking up for 2016.
